Emotional intelligence (EQ) is how you handle yourself and others on the job. Increase awareness of emotions and the fundamental role they play at work and in life. Explore the four EQ skills in action: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management. Discuss real world examples and experience, what works and what doesn't work, and what to do moving forward. Understand their current level of EQ (strengths and weaknesses) and where to focus their development. Complete an EQ Development Plan to include one EQ goal and specific EQ practice strategies that will help achieve that. Set in a post-apocalyptic College Station, "The Post-America Variety Show" is a new variety extravaganza that takes a nostalgic look back at a time that never was: the Roaring 2020s, a time when people from different points of view were able to set aside their differences, come together, yell and fight, but also laugh. Enjoy singing and dancing, original music and choreography, comedy and more, all created by Texas A&M students. There may not be any running water or electricity, and the nuclear rats are getting more dangerous by the day, but that's no excuse not to have a little fun!
