Learn to recognize stress and prevent burnout with practical tools and self-care strategies. The Stress Management presentation will define key concepts, introduce stress management techniques and encourage self-reflection to help students stay balanced, resilient and engaged at Texas A&M University.

Participants can find support for themselves or others with this informative session on anxiety and depression. Participants will practice grounding skills, discuss self-care techniques and learn about campus resources to help reduce mental health crises and diminish stigma. Leave empowered with tools to care for mental health and help foster a more compassionate Aggie environment.

This workshop will give participants a chance to discuss and begin processing the loss, gain insight on relational values and receive tools to continue the grieving process.

This workshop is designed to help participants begin to understand the concept of worthiness. We will explore this by looking at the areas of self-esteem, self-compassion and perfectionism.
