Visit System Benefits Administration for enrollment booklets, premium summaries, plan descriptions, carrier presentations, and additional resources.Already submitted? You can still make changes You can change your Open Enrollment elections through July 31, even if you already submitted. Log in to Workday, select Benefits and Pay, then under "Benefit Event: Annual Enrollment" choose Edit to update and resubmit your elections before Aug. 1. Important Reminders FY27Changes made during Open Enrollment take effect Sept. 1. All updates must be submitted through Workday via Single Sign-On (https://sso.tamus.edu/). Review and update your beneficiaries. Upload documentation for new dependents in HRConnect via Single Sign-On. Confirm tobacco-use status for yourself and your dependents. Life insurance increases may require evidence of insurability. Discounts for the Brazos Valley Network and Baylor Scott & White ended April 30, 2025. Looking Ahead to FY27Healthcare spending account annual maximum increases to $3,400. Day care spending account annual maximum increases to $7,500.
