- Jun 48:30 AMThe Leadership Collective - Managing Energy for Sustainable PerformanceWhat fuels your ability to lead, think clearly and stay engaged throughout the day? This session invites participants to shift from managing time to managing energy across four domains: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Through guided reflection and shared conversation, participants will explore how energy patterns shape performance and presence at work. Participants will consider practical approaches such as energy audits, habit-building rituals and aligning daily actions with purpose. The session will also explore how natural energy cycles and intentional recovery can support sustained performance, along with strategies for emotional regulation and reframing challenges. This experience is designed to be interactive and reflective, offering space to consider how small shifts in mindset and behavior can create meaningful impact. Faculty and staff are encouraged to come ready to reflect, connect and explore how they want to show up in their work and leadership. The Leadership Collective is a campus-wide community for faculty and staff who want to grow as leaders—whether they hold a formal leadership title or simply want to strengthen how they contribute on their teams. Through opportunities to connect, reflect and lead, participants build meaningful relationships, explore their leadership mindset and develop skills that translate into everyday impact. This Zoom session will be held June 4 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and any preparatory materials.
