HOWDY, AGGIES!

Heart Saver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. This course teaches CPR and AED use and First Aid for Adults, Children and Infants. Class duration: 4-5 hours Learn more and sign up online: ems.tamu.edu (https://ems.tamu.edu/cpr-education/).

This event serves as a way to acknowledge the ways in which suicide and mental illness have affected our lives and our loved ones. We all wear honor beads to show our personal connection to the cause.

Talk Saves Lives is an educational presentation by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention that provides an overview of suicide prevention. It increases awareness by covering warning signs, risk and protective factors, and actionable steps to help prevent suicide.
