"Cultivating Self-Worth" is a one-hour presentation designed to help participants recognize, build and nurture their self-worth. Learn what self-worth means, bust common myths and identify signs of low and growing self-worth. Through activities and discussion—including practicing positive self-talk—participants will leave with practical skills and renewed confidence.
