This workshop invites participants to reflect on what fuels their interests, values and goals, and how those elements shape a more fulfilling daily experience. Through guided insights and practical strategies, participants will learn how to identify the internal "buttons" that spark enthusiasm and engagement. Navigating institutional and team-level shifts is essential for success at Texas A&M. This course equips staff with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage change. Participants will learn to differentiate between change and transition, understand the emotional journey of the change curve, and apply models like Bridges' transition and ADKAR.
