She recently graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering as an Undergraduate Research Scholar, Honors Fellow, and recipient of the Robert Gates - Muller Family Outstanding Senior Award. Outside of research, Angelina enjoys baking, running, and advocating for student success initiatives. Dr. Suma Datta retired in August 2024 as a tenured full professor in the Department of Biochemistry & Biophysics.
