- Apr 2210:00 AMThe Nutrition Mistake Most People Make at RestaurantsFor many people, eating at restaurants can feel stressful, confusing, or like it "ruins" their progress. The real mistake often isn't what's ordered — it's the mindset behind eating away from home. In this session with Basic Balance Nutrition, you will explore why restaurant meals can feel overwhelming, how diet culture adds unnecessary pressure, and ways to make dining experiences enjoyable again. Participants will learn how to make flexible, balanced choices at restaurants, fast food spots, work lunches, and catered events — all without guilt or restriction. This virtual workshop is available at no cost through insurance coverage. To attend, please complete the Initial Workplace Wellness Form (https://forms.clickup.com/18026085/f/h63k5-86131/WZGTI7VB1TKMSQTB0Q), which includes required insurance information for billing and legal purposes. Participants only need to complete this form once; if you've already submitted it, no additional action is required.
