Even as young people seek more independence, they continue to look to parents for cues about handling stress, relationships and big decisions. This session will focus on everyday strategies for staying present, setting clear expectations and communicating effectively as your child grows. Representatives from Project Unity will share guidance, real-life examples and tools to help you support your child's confidence and decision-making through elementary, middle and high school transitions. The workshop is designed for parents, guardians and caregivers of children of all ages. - Feb 111:30 PMAI@Work: Tools for Today's WorkplaceThis interactive virtual course introduces Texas A&M staff to approved generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and NotebookLM. Participants explore practical ways to use these tools to boost productivity, organize information and support everyday work. Through live demonstrations and guided activities, participants practice prompts, explore common workplace use cases and see how AI can support planning, writing and analysis tasks. The course emphasizes responsible use aligned with university guidelines and best practices. By the end of the session, participants will have starting points to integrate AI thoughtfully into their workflows while maintaining data security and professional standards.
