- Jul 2310:00 AMS'more Employee Appreciation End of Summer Social - The GardensCamp Living Well brings classic camp traditions with a Living Well twist to Texas A&M University faculty and staff, concluding with the End of Summer Social. This experience features outdoor adventures, creative workshops and engaging activities that encourage connection and well-being throughout the summer. Celebrate at the End of Summer Social on Thursday, July 23, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at The Gardens. Stop by for a come-and-go event featuring nostalgic camp activities, treats, swag and more. Special activities include:Guided Nature Walk: 10:30 a.m.Camp Living Well Prize Drawing: 11:15 a.m.Outdoor Yoga: 11:45 a.m.Friendship bracelet making Rock painting A gratitude letter-writing station Time to connect with colleagues and enjoy the great outdoors Participants who completed eight of the 12 spaces on their Adventure Tracker will be entered into the prize drawing. - Jul 231:00 PMCrucial Conversations for Accountability - Virtual (Day 4)This course supports managers and others responsible for guiding performance and focuses on how regular, candid conversations can close performance gaps, clarify expectations and support growth. Participants learn practical skills for addressing behavior routinely and consistently, including identifying goals, discussing challenges and following up on commitments. The course emphasizes coaching that prioritizes people while aligning actions with organizational needs. Through group discussion, practice and coaching, participants build confidence in managing difficult accountability conversations.Register via TrainTraq by July 17th.Please note that this class meets virtually for 5 meetings from 7/20-7/24.
