RING DAY FAQ

Ring Day is a busy and exciting time for Aggies and their families. If you have questions about how to navigate the event and what you need, we're here to help with some frequently asked questions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Your Aggie Ring Ticket ( Printed or on your phone )
Two of the following:
- Aggie Ring Receipt
- Student ID
- Drivers License
- Passport

Since cell phone service may be spotty during Ring Day around the Alumni Center, it's advised to take a screenshot of your ticket prior to arriving, and ensure all information is visible.

Due to long queues on Ring Day, you should also take note of weather conditions and bring appropriate gear, such as water, umbrellas, personal fans, etc. It's important to consider long walks, wait times and standing time for the comfort and safety of your guests.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE ALUMNI CENTER?

WHAT IF A MEMBER OF MY GROUP REQUIRES MOBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS?

Guests with mobility concerns should park at West Campus Garage. Accessible shuttle service will be provided between the garage and the Alumni Center. The Alumni Center will not provide mobility equipment, but you may rent mobility equipment from providers in the area. Groups needing mobility accommodations should notify staff as they enter the Aggie Ring Day event at Williams Ring Lawn. They will be directed to an accessible building entrance.
