RING DAY TRANSPORTATION

Dates and Times

Ring Day will be held at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center:

  • Thur., October 31, 11AM-3PM
  • Fri., November 01, 9AM-6PM

Closures

For Thursday Ring Day, Houston Street will remain open, with drop off available on the Houston side of the Alumni Center.

During Friday and Saturday Ring Days, Houston Street will close during the following times, unless there are weather delays.

  • Beginning at 9:00 a.m.

PARKING

Thursday, October 31

50 spots are reserved at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center lot with entry off of Throckmorton St. This is a special arrangement for this Ring Day to accommodate guests with mobility concerns or who prefer to avoid crowds.

Please limit your time to 30 minutes to ensure parking for all guests in their time slots. Access to this reserved parking requires your Aggie Ring Day Ticket. Your ticket is one use only, re-entry will not be permitted once scanned.

Friday, November 01

Parking will be available in the West Campus Garage for recipients and their guests. You can pre-pay for your parking through ParkMobile, or Texas A&M Transportation Services.

The Association of Former Students parking lot will not be open to the public on these days, but those with campus parking passes can park in their assigned lot, or in any Lot 100 space.

SHUTTLES

On Friday and Saturday Ring Days, shuttle buses will run between West Campus Garage and the Clayton W. William, Jr. Alumni Center during the following times:

  • 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Shuttles are complimentary and accessible to all guests with mobility needs. These shuttles will begin running 45 minutes before the start of each Ring Day, and stop running roughly 1 hour after the end of each Ring Day.
