The Let's Be Food Real nutrition presentation provides easy-to-understand guidance to help students make healthier food choices, balance their diet and understand the impact of nutrition on overall well-being. Topics include the basics of nutrition, reading food labels, smart shopping and making realistic food choices—even with a packed schedule.

In this class, we'll explore the protein food group, including supplements and performance nutrition, and teach you safe food handling practices to avoid food-borne illness. Plus, discover how to use kitchen gadgets like slow cookers and air fryers to make cooking easier! Giveaway: Take home a food thermometer to ensure safe meal prep.

Any student is welcome to attend. However, the sessions are more ideal for undergraduate students who aren't sure how to start looking and haven't already committed to a program.
