Plan ahead, Ags! Commencement and commissioning ceremonies are taking place Dec.17-18, and you can expect them to impact roadways throughout Aggieland as well as on-campus parking. The ceremonies will take place in Reed Arena, with events scheduled all day on Wednesday and Thursday. Primary parking for the events will be in Lot 100 (A-F, J and M) and West Campus Garage (WCG). Lot 97 will be available for parking after 5 p.m. Lot 102 is reserved for accessible parking. Lot 100G is reserved for special guests. Olsen Boulevard will be closed between John Kimbrough Boulevard and Corrington Drive to create a pedestrian safety zone. Attendees are encouraged to use John Kimbrough and Olsen boulevards to access parking from the north, and George Bush Drive to Olsen and Penberthy boulevards to access parking from the south. Expect traffic both coming and going from Reed Arena and around campus as ceremonies proceed throughout the day.
