With simple movements, breath practices and journal prompts, you'll release stress, restore balance and find the clarity to navigate life with greater ease.

Through hands-on activities, games and a resource and referral Jeopardy-style game, students will learn about campus resources and Aggie Peer Connect's role in providing peer support. The event fosters a welcoming and low-pressure environment where students can connect, relax and explore APC's services while enjoying snacks and creative activities.
