"Cultivating Self-Worth" is a one-hour presentation designed to help participants recognize, build and nurture their self-worth. Learn what self-worth means, bust common myths and identify signs of low and growing self-worth. Through activities and discussion—including practicing positive self-talk—participants will leave with practical skills and renewed confidence.

Prepare for your school year by familiarizing yourself with important locations associated with your health and wellness in this engaging game of riddles. Participants will be given hints in the form of riddles and tasked with finding locations on campus and bringing back proof.
