The goal of this two-week workshop series is to provide you with knowledge about anxiety and help you develop long-lasting tools to cope with anxiety.

Any student is welcome to attend. However, the sessions are more ideal for undergraduate students who aren't sure how to start looking and haven't already committed to a program. Whether you are considering going abroad this spring, next summer or thinking about going abroad in a couple of years, it is never too early to learn about your options!
