The Career Center, in partnership with GRAD Aggies, presents Graduate Consulting Career Series 4: Communicating Like a Consulting and Case Interview Introduction. The fourth session focuses on teaching participants how to organize their thoughts, like consulting and communicating in a way that consultants and clients prefer, and introduces the case interview process. Participants will leave this session with communication tools and an understanding of case interviewing. Participants will learn What the Pyramid Principle is and how to use it to communicate verbally in writing, construct a consulting slide deck, create consulting data visualizations, mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive (MECE) and how to use it to structure information, drill-down analysis, and hypotheses testing in case interviewing; applying mental math. Attending this event and completing the reflection is worth 1 PDU towards a G.R.A.D. Aggies Professional Development Certificate for graduate & professional students.
