The Stress Management presentation will define key concepts, introduce stress management techniques and encourage self-reflection to help students stay balanced, resilient and engaged at Texas A&M University.

Drs. Bolick and Yudkin will model a brief dialogue before opening up group discussions around the relationship between culture and health. Weather permitting, we'll gather in the School of Public Health courtyard to share stories, insights, and reflections on how different cultures use traditions, rituals, and conversation to promote well-being.

Participants will practice grounding skills, discuss self-care techniques and learn about campus resources to help reduce mental health crises and diminish stigma.
