This course introduces key concepts of emotional intelligence and their impact on daily work, relationships and performance. Participants consider how emotions influence decisions, communication and outcomes.​ Using the Mastering EQ Level 1 framework, the course moves beyond basic definitions to focus on applied skills. Designed for beginners and those seeking a refresher, this course helps you build a strong foundation for exploring more advanced Excel skills in the future. You will explore how to navigate the Excel interface, move through worksheets, enter and edit information, and use simple tools that make organizing data more manageable.
