The Employee Wellness Fair features morning and lunch keynote presentations, with three concurrent sessions in between. Explore the Vendor Exhibit Hall throughout the day, participate in movement classes and breakout sessions and connect with organizations from across Texas A&M and the community. Give back through a community service project or blood donation, get your flu shot, pick up limited-edition Living Well swag and have the chance to win vendor giveaways during breakout sessions. Breakfast and lunch will be available to keynote attendees on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Flu season is a time to look out for one another. With Aggies learning, working and living alongside one another every day, a flu shot is a simple way to help protect your classmates, colleagues, friends and the greater Texas A&M community. Texas A&M University Flu Shot Clinics make it easy to get vaccinated with convenient locations across campus. Taking a few minutes to get your flu shot can help slow the spread of illness, reduce flu-related absences from class and work and help keep our campus community healthy throughout flu season. Pop-up and mobile clinics bring flu shots closer to where faculty, staff and students work and study. No-cost and low-cost options help reduce financial barriers to vaccination. Employees may bring dependents who are covered under their insurance plan to receive a flu shot at the clinic. All dependents must have a confirmed appointment prior to attending.

This introductory, hands-on course provides a practical overview of Excel basics so you can work more efficiently and confidently in your role. Designed for beginners and those seeking a refresher, this course helps you build a strong foundation for exploring more advanced Excel skills in the future. You will explore how to navigate the Excel interface, move through worksheets, enter and edit information, and use simple tools that make organizing data more manageable.
