Participants explore how to set clear expectations, maintain ongoing communication and support employee success throughout the year.??? The course covers how to establish SMART goals, provide timely feedback, document performance and conduct effective evaluations. Participants also review Texas A&M University behavioral competencies and rating criteria, along with strategies to reduce unintentional rating bias.??
