The Let's Be Food Real nutrition presentation provides easy-to-understand guidance to help students make healthier food choices, balance their diet and understand the impact of nutrition on overall well-being. Topics include the basics of nutrition, reading food labels, smart shopping and making realistic food choices—even with a packed schedule.

During this come-and-go event, students will answer a wellness reflection question and unwind with coloring sheets as a creative stress relief activity.
