Activities and giveaways: Attendees will receive swag bags, tickets to redeem at the food trucks, and t-shirts while supplies last. Enjoy games and inflatables, grab some popcorn and cotton candy, try your arm at the dunk tank, and connect with other students, City officials, and local organizations!Transportation: Limited student parking will be available on-site in the lot to the North of City Hall, which can be accessed from Francis Dr. Street parking is allowed along most of Gilchrist Ave. (be mindful of any areas marked with No Parking signs). Additionally, Aggie Spirit shuttle buses will be available to transport students between several apartment complexes and City Hall. The Sleep Hygiene presentation introduces the foundations of good sleep hygiene, offering practical strategies to help students get better rest and improve their overall well-being. Discover why sleep matters, how daily habits affect sleep and ways to create a restful environment. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will develop personalized insights and actionable steps to achieve healthier sleep habits.

Location: Student Services Building, Rm. 108 Indulge in sweet treats during Counselor Connect: Treats Edition. Students can talk with a counselor about their mental health in 15-minute sessions while enjoying a delicious snack in a laid-back environment. Although this is NOT an individual counseling session, it is an opportunity to engage with a mental health professional and discuss strategies for self-care to give students the tools to achieve their academic goals. By attending the Counselor Connect event, students acknowledge that University Health Services cannot guarantee the confidentiality of the conversations that occur during each event.
